Augure agrees to make its best efforts to secure the access, consultation and use of the Website pursuant to the Internet’s rules of use. The Website is as a general rule accessible 24 hours per day, seven days per week, except in the event of force majeure or an event outside of Augure’s control, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance necessary for the Website’s proper operation. 8-COOKIES

Cookies are small files saved on the disk drive of the User’s computer when he navigates on the Internet. Any dispute between Augure and a User related to the existence, validity, interpretation or performance of the Terms of Use or any of their clauses, not able to be resolved amicably, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
